ET200B模块的BF故障问题[求助]

我公司的进口生产线采用S7400和ET200B组成控制系统，先后发现4块ET200B出现BF故障，只要有输入信号，BF灯就亮红灯。其中一块由停止按钮引起，其余三块由接近开关的输入信号引起。显示的错误信息基本一样，比如其中一块显示如下：
