求助：s7-318的故障信息是什么意思？[求助]

我厂有一台s7-318-2的西门子plc最近老是出现死机。（sf灯亮，显视屏没有故障信息）。进行连机后查看plc故障信息。看到以下信息，但不知道是什么意思和怎样解决？有哪位高手给我支点招啊！我先谢谢拉！
   故障如下：
