These motors are used in a wide range of applications in virtually all industries including oil and gas, power generation, marine, pulp and paper, cement, mining, metals and water treatment. Its high voltage motors have earned an excellent reputation for performance and reliability. Due to the setup of its new business unit in China, it is now looking for high caliber candidates to fill the following the positions:





Position: Sales Engineers – based in Beijing





Responsibility of the job:


Generate sales of the business group products and services within the assigned scope of responsibility to achieve business group volume and profitability growth objectives.



Summary of essential job tasks:



·                Identifies and develops new accounts.

·                Maintains current knowledge of all business group systems, equipment and capabilities and keeps customers informed of new developments in which they have an interest.

·                Develops quotations in accordance with the division objectives and philosophies, requesting home office support as necessary.

·                Serves as interface between company and customer to insure customer needs are satisfied with resultant performance integrity and as a basis for future mutually satisfactory business dealings.

·                Establishes and maintains favorable work relationships with customers.

·                Monitors and reports competitive activity and provides sales and marketing feedback and direction to the business group.



Requirements:



Education: Bachelors or Master’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering



Interpersonal skills:

·                Ability to do work independently and to make own decisions

·                Strong teamwork spirit.

·                Flexibility

·                Eager to plan, handle, develop and execute the machines product business

·                Willing to travel and serve customers



Work experience:

·                Experience in Motors / Generators sales is preferred.

·                Experience in other electrical product sales (such as transformers, switchgear, variable speed drives, etc.) is a benefit

·                Work in import / export business is a benefit

·                Work with industrial equipment manufacturers is a benefit

·                Good contacts in potential customer base (equipment manufacturers, design institutes, end users) are big benefit

·                Fluent in Mandarin (oral and written). Good oral and written English.
