1 CONTROL UNIT(控制单元)
Your electronic control unit has an identifying serial number which you are asked to mention each time a maintenance request is made.
In compliance with your order, your magnetic chuck(磁力夹盘) will be used with the control unit described below. Input voltage 400Vac, 415Vac two phases or 230Vac single phase, 50 or 60Hz.
1.1 Operating principle
The BUR control unit is designed to magnetise(磁化) and demagnetise(消磁) groups of magnets(磁体) with high induction and low coercive field used in the magnetic circuits of electro-permanent(电永磁) devices.
Its specific feature is that it uses current directly fromthe electric mains without using capacitors.
This unit controls current flow times via a microprocessor.
The BUR type control units are specially designed for magnetisation and demagnetisation of electro-permanent magnetic chucks with work-pieces.
The control unit memorises the magnetic statement of the magnetic chuck and only authorises machine start-up after voltage and current flow detection checks have been run on magnetisation.
Checks are also run during demagnetisation cycle in order to detect anomalies.
