公司委托国外的安全审计事务所进行安全审计,他们在初步检查后,对公司的高压断路器、低压断路器提出了相关的检测要求。原文件是英文表述的,本人已将其翻译成中文,翻是翻过来了,不知是本人的水平低,还是其他原因,反正就是看不懂,某些检测项目闻所未闻,也不知他们要求我们做什么,特请各位帮助理解,是什么意思,谢谢。
1. High-voltage circuit breakers:
1.高压断路器:
a. Mechanically inspect and exercise circuit breakers at least once a year.
Functionally test the circuit breaker's control system by initiating an openand-
close operation at least once a year.
a.高压断路器每年至少进行一次分、合闸检查。
b. Perform the following tests every three years:
b.每3年进行以下的测试
???Apply a DC voltage for one minute to check the integrity of control wiring
insulation. Take care not to damage solid state components.
用一个直流电压(多少V?),作用1分钟,检查控制线路(接入到何处?)的绝缘性能,注意,不得损伤破坏装置。
???Perform a DC over-potential test on vacuum circuit breaker bottles to
determine vacuum integrity.

???For bulk oil-filled circuit breakers, take a sample of the oil and test for
PCBs, moisture, dielectric strength, and oil quality.
