请教各位高手,我用的西门子CPU315-2DP、CP5613_CP5614和WinCC采用PROFIBUS方式进行通讯。有时会出现通讯连接不上，这时就出现一窗口分两栏，上面是：

->Bitte notieren Sie den <Internal info string> and setzen Sie Sich mit der Hotline den CP5613/CP5614 in Verbindung!
->Zur weiterarbeit mussder CP zur kgesefzt werden!
Die inernen Betriebsdaten wurden im File:c:\siemiens\simatic.net\cp5613_cp5614\Logfiles\Excp_cp1.bin gespeichert!
下一栏是：
An exception bas acured in your CP!
->Please Write down the <Internal info string> and contact the hotline for the CP5613/CP5614
->To continue work you have to reset the CP!

其它几次下面出现时上面两栏相同，只是下面的信息不同：

出现这种问题有时重启工控机可以正常，但运行一段时间又会出现，在星期五到星期六会半个小时或一个小时就会出现。从星期天到星期四一般没出现，已经有两个星期出现同样的情况。
