最近一段时间设备在运行时，CPU故障报警，查看故障信息如下A minor error bit is set at the end of the scan. refer to S:5 minor error bits.或是A rack data error is detected. Check slot 9.不知是何原因，请高人赐教。谢谢先[/size]
