这是一个college课程考试题。请高手指点。

Level 1
CAR PARK ASSIGNMENT
The car park assignment can be done using PLC5 or Softlogix5800. The code should be same except for the 3 digit display. If you use...

A private car park in a city is designed to hold 8 cars. The entrance gate is controlled by the insertion of a “Key Card”(Input #1) into a control box. When the card is inserted, the “Entrance Gate”(Output #1)will rise provided there is space in the car park.

After the car enters the car park, the “In” proximity Sensor located in the ground(Input #2) lowers the “Entrance Gate”.

When a car is leaving the car park, the “Out” proximity Sensor (Input #3) automatically raises the “Exit Gate”(Output #2). The “Exit Gate” is automatically lowered by the “Exit” Sensor (Input #4).

When the car park is full, a sign flashes a message on and off every 2 seconds to show the car park is full. The “In Key” is also disabled until there is a space in the car park.

Show the amount of cars there are in the car park on 3 digit display unit.

Instructions:
