University. All papers accepted will be included in IEEE Xplore and indexed by EI. This conference will be held in Wuhan, which is one of the largest cities in China on the banks of the Yangtze River. It is in Hubei Province where the Three Gorges Dam is located.
The technical areas to be covered in this conference include:
Power Generation - Conventional and Renewable
Power Transmission and Distribution
Power System Management
Full papers will be due by Oct. 21, 2008 for review
