[face=Arial]We are a executive search firm,currently we are looking for a suitable candidate for the position Maintenace Manager.
This company is a French WOFE in chemical industry,the location is in Qingdao.
The company is in high automation level with DCS system,so they desire the candidate should be familiar with the maintenace of DCS system.
The JOB Description is as follow,
Job Tile: Deputy Maintenance Manager
Working Location: Qingdao
Responsibility:
• Implement HSE management policies & procedure & activities in Maintenance.
• Define, follow and achieve Maintenance yearly objectives. In charge of mechanical & instrument (DCS system) & electricity sections daily management, to keep plant equipment safe & normal running.
• As TPM leader, lead mechanical & instrument & electricity sections to co-operate with production to develop TPM campaign, to reduce time loss of broken down, to prolong facility life, and to increase production capacity.
• Takes actions of Product Stewardship on time.
• Responsible for maintenance cost control and warehouse management.
• Participate in project cost estimation & design review & engineering quality / safety supervising and acceptance.
• Organize and forecast the human resource in Maintenance.
Requirement:
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivation, enthusiasm, and teamwork spirits.
• Good problem solving ability.
• Be fluent in Mandarin and English.
• Minimum 5 years working experience in Maintenance sections.
• University education background in Mechanical Engineering or Instrumentation.
