Position: Account Manager
Reports to: Global Vertical Industry Manager
Job Location: Shanghai
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Under limited supervision, the Account Manager works primarily with direct customer accounts within a vertical industry to achieve respective financial goals established as part of the overall sales plan. The Account Manager must be willing and able to directly sell, promote and service all products in the portfolio with the defined accounts within the assigned vertical industry. Specific duties include, but are not limited to the following:
Identify target customers and develop account specific sales plans
Work with existing accounts, as well as developing new accounts and relationships to grow sales.
Take leadership role in major customer agreements and sales opportunities
Develop and deliver proposals and participate in contract review(s)
Coordinate and integrate sales efforts with inside, outside, international, and Channel partner sales resources.
Work with Eurotherm Business Development, GKAM, and Vertical Industry Sales Teams to support development of strategic accounts or opportunities
Provide regular sales forecasts for defined accounts
Document day-to-day customer communications in company-wide CRM.
Provide sales feedback to Eurotherm marketing on competitive information, required product(s), features, and new market opportunities.
Work with Eurotherm marketing to regionally promote new and existing products to maximize sales
Provide monthly report of territory performance, activities, business forecast, opportunity and project tracking, and business issues.
Other Duties and Responsibilities:
Work with direct customers and 3rd party sales channels to maximize sales of products and services in specified vertical industry.
Localized customer technical support, as required
Localized training of key customers and channel partners
Other duties as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS:
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Strong organizational, verbal, and written communication skills are required. Must be willing and able to travel as required (estimated 25% to 75%). Additional qualifications include:
Technical competence and familiarity with personal computers and software;
Must have a broad knowledge of industrial instrumentation;
Heat Treatment specific process knowledge;
Heat treatment applications and solutions sales skills;
Comfortable with talking on the telephone with customers, sales people, and other related business contacts;
Strong customer presentation skills;
Thorough understanding of selling process.

Position: Project Engineer
Job Location: Shanghai
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Technical and commercial management of projects;
Definition of system requirements;
Detailed system design;

REQUIREMENTS:
A Degree in the relevant engineering discipline or Alternative engineering qualifications backed up by a proven track record in a similar engineering environment;
A minimum of 5 years experience in process control systems or related SCADA systems using a variety of PLCs, SCADA systems and 3rd party software;
A good working knowledge of electronic process instrumentation systems engineering, coupled with a strong understanding of PC based SCADA systems;
Technical, and preferably also commercial, management of process control system projects;
Heat treatment application experience is essential;
Know thyristor and DC driver;
Fluent English;
Excellent communication skills with Customers, Sales and Engineering colleagues.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Full responsibility for sales activities in Southern or Northern Region of China;
Set-up a good sales organization and management of the sales team (leading, target setting and controlling);
Sales related responsibility for revenue and margin;
Setting sales targets, committing sales team to specified targets and supporting and motivating sales team to achieve targets;
Development and maintenance of good relationship with key accounts, leading the customer relation management process;
Pricing control with focus on business volume and margins;
Business risk evaluation and control;
Definition of sales strategy for local market together with management;
Formulate, execute and evaluate sales & marketing targets, strategies, and marketing activities;
Perform various forecasting, reporting and business analysis;
Obtain updated information regarding market demand, competitor direction, market share fluctuation and major deal breaking news;
REQUIREMENTS:
Age: 35-45 Years;
Bachelor Degree of automation and MBA preferred;
10 years of direct sales experience in automation industry in China for process control systems;
Sales driven with excellent business acumen;
Good negotiation and presentation skills;
Rich managerial experience with high standard of business ethic and loyalty;
Strong competency in target setting, pro-active, highly self-motivated, outstanding sales capabilities;
Professional business English in both, spoken and written;
Willing to travel frequently.
