我现在用的是Wincc 6.0 SP3，为什么我在网上下载的一些例子工程文件打不开啊，每次加载的时候，会出现一个对话框，说 The configured server is not available. Do you want to open the project using the local computer as the server? 如果我 Start server locally ，那些东西就不能运行，只能看 ，这是怎么回事，是软件不兼容的问题？给小弟指点一下。
