我从单位拷了step7程序回家，打开程序发现提示需要把地区及语言改成德国（德语），但是改后重启打开step7 用open是所有目录都是乱码并提示The specified file or directory name does not exist or the directory cannot be accessed ，于是自然无法自动识别程序 ，请前辈们帮我解决一下
