本人维护单位设备，遇一奇怪故障，难以解决，于是将PLC程序下载下来，想分析分析，由于本人对西门子头一次使用，不熟悉，现在打开OB1 的时候提示“there are no parameter and local variable names available because their description is not available or cannot be assigned. ”，请问，这是什么意思，程序没有下完整吗？？
